Avandra Coaching is operated by Lindsey Braik, a PCC and ACTC credentialed Executive Coach based in Moselle, France. All coaching and mentoring services are delivered online to clients worldwide. For any queries relating to these terms, please contact us at [email protected].
Avandra Coaching provides professional coaching, mentoring and coach-mentoring services. Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking process that helps clients maximise their personal and professional potential. It is distinct from therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
All services are delivered via video call unless otherwise agreed in writing. The specific scope, duration and frequency of sessions will be agreed between Lindsey Braik and the client prior to commencement.

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Lindsey Braik will not disclose any information shared by a client to a third party without the client's explicit written consent, except where:
Where coaching is commissioned by an organisation on behalf of an individual, the terms of confidentiality will be agreed in writing with all parties prior to commencement.
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Avandra Coaching reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Fees for coaching and mentoring services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Payment terms will be specified in the client agreement. Avandra Coaching reserves the right to update its fees with reasonable notice. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Coaching and mentoring are developmental services. Avandra Coaching makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Results depend on the client's own commitment, effort and circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avandra Coaching's liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
Avandra Coaching is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law.
When you contact us or engage our services, we may collect your name, email address, professional background, and information shared during coaching sessions. We collect only what is necessary to provide our services.
Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Session notes are kept confidential and stored securely. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw consent, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (CNIL in France).
